Mayank Cattle Food Launches MAYANK UDDERSAFE for Mastitis

Mayank Cattle Food Limited has launched a new product called MAYANK UDDERSAFE on August 24, 2026. The company has introduced the product for the domestic market, with a focus on mastitis care in dairy animals. The announcement came through a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The launch marks a new step for Mayank Cattle Food. The company has mainly worked in areas such as maize oil, non-edible oil products, maize cake and cattle feed. With MAYANK UDDERSAFE, Mayank now seeks a place in the animal health segment as well. This move can help the company build a wider product base and reduce its reliance on its core product lines.

The company says the new product was made under veterinary guidance and uses natural ingredients. Managing Director Bharat Vachhani said the product can help the company diversify its income sources and improve its reach among customers who care about animal health.

What is mastitis?

Mastitis is a common health problem in dairy cattle. It affects the udder and can hurt both animal health and milk output. In simple terms, when the udder develops an infection or inflammation, the animal may produce less milk. Milk quality can also suffer.

For a dairy farmer, this can create a direct financial burden. Lower milk output means lower income. At the same time, the farmer may have to spend more on medicines, veterinary care and other forms of treatment.

Animal health experts also regard mastitis as a major dairy disease. It can affect milk yield and udder health, while some cases may show few visible signs at first. This makes proper udder care an important part of dairy farm management.

What MAYANK UDDERSAFE aims to do

Mayank Cattle Food says MAYANK UDDERSAFE can help with the prevention and management of mastitis in cows and buffaloes. The product focuses on udder health and hygiene, along with the natural defence system of the animal.

The company also says the product can help reduce the cost of treatment and medicine for udder infections. If mastitis causes less damage to milk output, farmers may also face fewer losses from lower production.

Another stated benefit is support for healthy udder tissue and proper milk flow. The company also links the product with better milk quality and safety. In the wider picture, Mayank sees better animal health as a way to support dairy farm profits.

These points matter because dairy farmers often have to balance animal health costs with milk income. A product that can support udder health may have value if it proves safe, useful and cost effective in real farm conditions.

A move beyond cattle feed

The MAYANK UDDERSAFE launch is important because it takes Mayank Cattle Food into a new area.

The company has a base in the cattle feed and agro-products space. Its business includes maize oil, corn oil extracts and animal food products. The new product adds an animal health angle to this existing business.

This is what makes the move a form of forward integration. Mayank can use its existing knowledge of the dairy and cattle market while it adds a product with a different purpose. Instead of only supplying feed, the company can also offer a product linked to animal health.

This approach can create more opportunities over time. If farmers already know the Mayank brand through cattle feed, the company may find it easier to introduce other animal health products in the future. However, the success of this plan will depend on product quality, farmer trust, price, distribution and repeat demand.

Why the product can matter to farmers

Mastitis can create several types of losses for dairy farmers. The first is a fall in milk production. The second is the cost of treatment and medicine. There can also be a wider effect on milk quality and the health of the animal.

This gives MAYANK UDDERSAFE a clear business purpose. If the product can help prevent or manage mastitis at a reasonable cost, it may offer farmers a practical way to protect milk output and animal health.

The company has also stated that the product can help reduce milk production loss caused by mastitis. It aims to support healthy udder tissue, proper milk flow, milk quality and milk safety. These claims will matter most when farmers can see clear results after actual use.

For this reason, the next stage will be more important than the launch itself. Market acceptance will show whether MAYANK UDDERSAFE can become a useful business line for Mayank Cattle Food.

No revenue guidance yet

For investors, one point needs special attention. The company has not disclosed any specific revenue figure, order value, sales target or expected margin for MAYANK UDDERSAFE in the product launch announcement.

There is also no stated timeline for a major revenue contribution from the new animal health segment. Because of this, it would be too early to assign a large financial value to the product based only on the launch news.

The announcement is mainly a regulatory disclosure about a new product. It shows a change in business direction, but it does not yet provide enough financial data for a proper earnings estimate.

Investors should therefore wait for future sales data, management comments and financial results before they decide how much this product can add to the company’s earnings.

Mayank’s wider growth strategy

The new product also comes at an important time for Mayank Cattle Food. The company recently announced a 1:1 bonus share issue. August 24, 2026 is the record date for the bonus issue. The company plans to allot up to 54,00,000 bonus equity shares of ₹10 face value each.

The deemed date of allotment is August 25, 2026, while the bonus shares are set to become available for trade on August 26, 2026. Under the 1:1 ratio, eligible shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up equity share for every one existing share held.

The bonus issue itself does not create new business revenue. Still, it shows that the company is also taking steps to adjust its capital structure. The authorised share capital has increased from ₹6.00 crore to ₹12.00 crore, while the bonus issue involves up to 54,00,000 shares with a total face value of ₹5.40 crore.

What investors should watch next

The real test for MAYANK UDDERSAFE will come after its market launch. Investors should look for clear signs of product adoption, wider distribution and repeat purchases.

Sales data will be the most useful signal. If the product gains demand among dairy farmers, it can become a new source of revenue for Mayank. Margins will also matter because a new product is valuable only if it can produce healthy returns after costs.

The company may also have room to add more animal health products in the future. Such a move could create a wider portfolio and make better use of its existing cattle-feed market presence. At present, however, there is no confirmed plan for a larger product range or a major international expansion.

A positive step, but proof will matter

MAYANK UDDERSAFE gives Mayank Cattle Food a chance to enter a higher-value part of the cattle care market. The product has a clear use case because mastitis can hurt animal health, milk output and farm income.

The launch is therefore positive from a business strategy point of view. It shows that Mayank wants to move beyond its traditional maize oil and cattle feed operations and explore new sources of growth.

At the same time, investors should keep expectations realistic. There are no disclosed revenue numbers, order inflows or margin estimates for UDDERSAFE yet. The product may become an important part of the company in the future, but that will depend on actual farmer demand and commercial performance.

For now, MAYANK UDDERSAFE is best viewed as an early step into the animal health market. The next few quarters should provide a much clearer picture of whether this new product can turn a promising business idea into a meaningful revenue and profit driver for Mayank Cattle Food.
