Chavda Infra Secures ₹144 Crore in New Orders This FY

Chavda Infra has secured new orders worth ₹144 crore in the current financial year. The fresh orders add to the company’s project pipeline and give it more work to execute over the coming period. For a construction company, a steady flow of new contracts is important because it helps support future revenue and gives better visibility to the business.

Chavda Infra is a civil construction company with a focus on residential, commercial and institutional projects. Its main business covers construction work across Gujarat, with a strong presence in areas such as Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and GIFT City.

The latest order win comes at a time when the company has already built a large project base. Over the past few years, Chavda Infra has secured several large contracts across different parts of Gujarat. This has helped the company create a sizeable order book and reduce its dependence on a small number of projects.

Why the ₹144 crore order matters

The value of the new orders is important for Chavda Infra because fresh contracts create future work for the company. Construction companies need a regular flow of projects to keep their teams, equipment and other resources active. New orders also help the company plan its business with more confidence.

The ₹144 crore order value should not be seen as immediate revenue. A construction order is normally executed over a period of time. Revenue comes as the company completes parts of the project and meets the terms of the contract. The actual impact on sales will therefore depend on the size, nature and execution schedule of the new projects.

Still, the order win is a positive sign. It shows that Chavda Infra continues to find demand for its construction services and has access to new project opportunities.

A strong history of order wins

Chavda Infra has had several major order wins in recent years. In March 2025, the company announced a work order worth ₹218.98 crore for the construction of a commercial building called “THE IDENTITY” in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The project includes R.C.C. work, masonry, plastering and other related work, with a planned execution period of 30 months. At that time, the company said it had received orders worth ₹508.29 crore during the financial year, while the total value of orders on hand stood at ₹1,305.78 crore. The unexecuted order book was ₹767.47 crore.

The company also received a ₹72.75 crore order from Nirma for a commercial building called Corporate House in Bodakdev, Gujarat. The project had a planned period of 24 months. After this order, Chavda Infra said its total orders for the financial year had reached ₹291.73 crore, while total orders on hand stood at ₹1,378.53 crore. The unexecuted order book was ₹797.82 crore.

These numbers show that the company has been able to add sizeable projects over time.

Residential projects also support growth

Chavda Infra has also won major residential contracts. In May 2025, it secured a ₹150 crore construction order for the Arvind Aqua City residential project in Kalyangadh, Gujarat. The work includes R.C.C. work, masonry, plastering and related activities. The project has a planned completion period of 24 months.

At that point, the company said it had received orders worth ₹222.75 crore during the current financial year. The total value of orders on hand stood at ₹1,452.93 crore, while the unexecuted order book was ₹925.84 crore.

The mix of residential and commercial work is useful for Chavda Infra. It gives the company exposure to more than one part of the property and construction market.

Company has a sizeable business base

Chavda Infra’s financial results also show that the company has grown over the past few years. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹261.42 crore. Its total revenue stood at ₹263.77 crore. Profit before tax was ₹28.45 crore, while profit after tax stood at ₹21.10 crore.

For comparison, revenue from operations in FY24 stood at ₹241.65 crore, while profit after tax was ₹18.76 crore. This shows that the company entered the new financial year with a larger revenue base than the year before.

A larger order pipeline can support this business if Chavda Infra executes its projects on time and maintains healthy margins.

Gujarat remains a key market

A major part of Chavda Infra’s business comes from Gujarat. The company has worked across residential, commercial and institutional projects, with a focus on areas such as Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and GIFT City.

Gujarat has seen strong real estate and infrastructure activity in major urban areas. Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar have also seen more commercial and residential development in recent years. GIFT City has become an important business district, which has created opportunities for construction companies.

Chavda Infra’s presence in these markets gives it access to projects from developers and other customers. Its past orders show that the company has already worked on both residential and commercial developments.

Execution will remain important

New orders are positive, but the real benefit will depend on project execution. Construction projects can take several months or even years to complete. The company must manage labour, raw materials, costs, cash flow and project schedules.

A large order book can support future revenue, but it can also create pressure if costs rise or projects face delays. For this reason, investors will likely watch the pace at which Chavda Infra converts its order book into revenue and profit.

The company’s past project record and financial results will remain important as the market assesses its next phase of growth.

What the new orders mean for Chavda Infra

The ₹144 crore of new orders secured in the current financial year adds another layer of support to Chavda Infra’s business pipeline. It also shows that the company continues to secure fresh work while it executes projects already in hand.

The company has built its business around residential, commercial and institutional construction. Its past contracts include projects from names such as Arvind and Nirma, as well as large commercial work in GIFT City. This range gives the company several sources of project demand.

For now, the key point is simple: Chavda Infra has added ₹144 crore of new orders this financial year, strengthening its project pipeline. The next step is execution. If the company completes these projects on time, controls costs and keeps its order flow healthy, the new contracts can support revenue growth over the coming periods.

The latest order win therefore adds to a broader growth story for Chavda Infra. With a sizeable project base, a presence across key Gujarat markets and a history of large contract wins, the company has a clear path to build its business further. The final benefit, however, will depend on how well it converts these orders into actual revenue and profit.
