TVS Motor Launches iQube MillionR Special Edition

TVS Motor Company has launched a new special edition of its popular electric scooter, the TVS iQube. Called the iQube MillionR Special Edition, the new model marks a major milestone for the company. TVS says the iQube has now reached 1 million customers.

The launch is more than a new colour or a few extra features. It is a way for TVS Motor to celebrate the trust that customers have placed in its electric scooter. The one-million-customer mark also shows how much the iQube has grown since its launch.

The new MillionR edition keeps the main qualities of the regular iQube but adds a few design and convenience features. It uses the 3.5 kWh battery and has a claimed 145 km IDC range on a full charge.

A Special Edition for One Million Customers

The name MillionR has a clear link with the milestone. TVS Motor has used the edition to celebrate the arrival of its one millionth iQube customer.

For a scooter brand, one million customers is a major achievement. It also gives TVS a strong story at a time when electric scooters have become a much bigger part of the two-wheeler market.

The iQube has become one of the better-known electric scooters in India. Its family-focused design, practical size and wide feature set have helped it appeal to buyers who want an electric scooter for daily use.

TVS has also placed a strong focus on ease of use. The company wants the iQube to feel like a normal family scooter while also giving buyers the benefits of electric power.

New Aurora Green Dual-Tone Colour

One of the most visible changes on the MillionR edition is its new Aurora Green Dual Tone colour. The shade gives the scooter a different look from the regular versions of the iQube.

TVS has also added premium seat upholstery and special MillionR badging. These details help the new version stand apart from the standard iQube.

The changes are mainly about design and convenience rather than a major change to the powertrain. That makes sense for a special edition. Buyers get a different look and some useful extras without a complete change to the scooter.

More Storage for Daily Use

The MillionR edition also gets a new front utility storage compartment. This is one of the more useful additions because storage space matters a lot to family scooter buyers.

With the new compartment, total storage capacity rises to 35.5 litres. The regular iQube 3.5 kWh has 32 litres of under-seat storage.

The extra space can make the scooter more practical for daily trips. Riders can use it for small personal items, a phone charger or other things that they need during a short ride.

For many buyers, such small improvements can matter more than a large list of technical specifications. A scooter is used every day, so easy storage and simple access to useful features can make a real difference.

Type-C Charging Port Adds More Convenience

Another new feature is an integrated USB Type-C charging port.

Phones have become an important part of daily travel. Riders often use their phones for navigation, calls and other tasks. A Type-C port gives users a simple way to charge a compatible device during a ride or while the scooter is parked.

This is a small addition, but it fits the role of the iQube as a modern urban scooter. TVS has also placed a strong focus on connected technology across the iQube range.

The regular iQube 3.5 kWh already has more than 118 connected features, which include functions such as turn-by-turn navigation and remote charge status.

Same 3.5 kWh Battery and 145 km Range

The MillionR edition is based on the 3.5 kWh iQube. It has a claimed 145 km IDC range per charge.

TVS lists the 3.5 kWh version with a top speed of 82 km/h. The battery has an installed capacity of 3.5 kWh, while the scooter uses a BLDC hub-mounted motor. Its peak power is 4.4 kW, and peak torque is 140 Nm.

The company lists a 0 to 80% charge time of about 4 hours 30 minutes for the 3.5 kWh version. The actual range a rider gets on the road can vary based on speed, traffic, load, road conditions and riding style.

The 145 km figure is therefore best seen as the official test-cycle figure rather than a promise of the same distance in every real-world situation.

Price of the iQube MillionR

The TVS iQube MillionR Special Edition is priced at ₹1,40,138, with the price listed as the effective ex-showroom price in Karnataka.

For comparison, the wider TVS iQube range starts at ₹1,11,310, also as the effective ex-showroom price in Karnataka. Prices can vary by location, variant, colour and other factors.

This puts the MillionR above the entry-level iQube. However, buyers are not only paying for the battery and motor. The special edition also offers its unique design, extra storage, premium upholstery, special badging and Type-C charging support.

Why the Launch Matters for TVS Motor

The bigger story behind this launch is the growth of TVS Motor in electric mobility.

The one-million-customer milestone gives the company proof that the iQube has moved beyond a small electric scooter product. It has become an important part of TVS Motor’s two-wheeler business.

The company has also seen strong scooter demand in 2026. Recent reports said TVS took the top spot in India’s scooter market in July, with the iQube among the models that helped support its performance.

This matters because the electric scooter market has become much more competitive. Buyers now have several choices across different prices and product types.

For TVS, the challenge is not only to sell more iQubes. It also needs to keep customers happy, protect its market share and maintain healthy margins as competition grows.

A Family EV Focus

TVS has positioned the iQube as a family electric scooter. The MillionR edition stays close to that idea.

Its storage, comfortable scooter design, connected features and practical range all suit regular city use. The new front storage space adds more value for users who take the scooter to work, shops, college or other daily destinations.

The 145 km IDC range also gives the 3.5 kWh model a useful place within the iQube range. Buyers who want more range can choose larger battery versions, while those who want a balanced option can consider the 3.5 kWh model.

TVS currently lists iQube versions with battery sizes from 2.3 kWh to 5.3 kWh, with IDC range figures from 114 km to 212 km, depending on the variant.

More Than a New Scooter Variant

The iQube MillionR Special Edition is not a completely new electric scooter. Its importance comes from what it represents.

One million customers is a large base for any electric two-wheeler. It gives TVS Motor a stronger position as more Indian buyers shift from petrol scooters to electric models.

The company has used the milestone to add a fresh design and a few practical features rather than make major mechanical changes. This keeps the product familiar while giving existing fans and new buyers another option.

The MillionR edition also shows how TVS can use its existing products to mark important milestones without creating an entirely new platform.

What Buyers Can Expect

For buyers, the MillionR edition offers the core iQube 3.5 kWh package with some useful upgrades. The 145 km IDC range, 3.5 kWh battery, 35.5-litre storage, Type-C charging port, special colour and premium seat trim are the main highlights.

The price of ₹1,40,138 ex-showroom in Karnataka places it above the starting iQube model, so buyers will need to decide whether the extra features and special-edition design are worth the higher price.

For someone who wants a practical electric scooter with a familiar brand name, the MillionR edition gives another choice. For TVS Motor, it serves a much bigger purpose: it marks the arrival of the one-million-customer milestone for the iQube.

A Strong Moment for TVS Motor

The TVS iQube MillionR Special Edition comes at an important time for the company and India’s electric two-wheeler market.

The new edition brings a fresh Aurora Green Dual-Tone colour, premium upholstery, MillionR badging, extra storage and a Type-C charging port. At its core, it remains the 3.5 kWh iQube with a claimed 145 km IDC range.

The launch also puts the spotlight on the iQube’s growing customer base. Reaching one million customers is a major step for TVS Motor and a sign of the growing role of electric scooters in India’s two-wheeler market.

For TVS, the next task will be to build on this base. The MillionR edition celebrates what the company has achieved so far. The more important question is how quickly the iQube can grow from one million customers to the next major milestone.
